Positive Memories…… A Daily Challenge

A well weathered gritstone rock outcrop on the Derbyshire Moors, home of Sheep and Ramblers alike.  It is though still a place of peace and tranquillity offering expansive views over the High Peak of Derbyshire… a place for all seasons.

Uncertain times, times when many of us are thinking of others…. friends and families, some near some far away.  Uncertainty in terms of isolation or at the best restricted movement.  It is going to be challenging for each of us, challenging in many different ways.  But through all this uncertainty the message has to be to remain positive.

For me positive is looking forward to adventure and travel be it local, national or international and at all those family events and incidents that add sparkle to our lives.  But it also demands (for me at least) the chance to look back, to reflect, where we have been and what we have done…. it certainly refreshes my spirits.

With this thought in my mind I will, try to post as usual on a daily basis. Followers will know that most of my posts are in real time, just the occasional ‘reflection’ for challenges and identified topics such as “Wordless Wednesday -Favourite Places”.  Real time may not be an option if some, if not all, of the isolation measures are enforced.  So I intended to look back in the archives and post a single image on those days and image from those earlies travels from near or far.  I hope they will add a little to brighten your day.

It is trouble times……  so lets all keep in contact and WP can do that for us.  I always look forward to your posts and comments, they add colour and flavour to life.
