In normal times this would be the last weekend of the Easter Holiday break. The first real holiday break in the year. Given some descent weather may folk would flock to the seaside, either a beach or one of the ‘honey pot’ coastal harbours that dot our coastline.
Brixham, Devon is just one such popular holiday location. Once a very busy fishing port, also by repute the home of smugglers. These days it is Ice Cream, Fish and Chips, cosy Harbour side Pubs and a Yacht Marina….. children would be making the most of their freedom before a return to school life.
Brixham like so many holiday spots will be missing its vital Tourist Trade, lets hope normality will soon return.
