The day started as predicted with clear skies and a thermometer set to rise. An early start seemed the best option, Buster no longer enjoys the hot weather for walkies (not that I am that keen either!).
All quiet by the Lake and despite a breeze the morning mist still lingered over the water. The only sign of movement was from a shoal of large Carp, coasting along just below the surface, dorsal fin just etching a line between the ripples.
But that was it for the day…shade was needed as our temperatures reached 33c. OK not hot for some folk, but here in middle England that is hot.
So dinner on the patio tonight, it should be a trifle cooler. Then we will wait and see what tomorrow will bring

Thankfully we have some areas of shade, so with a rather gentle breeze, .it was rather nice, but this evening the humidity is making life uncomfortable. 😃

Saturday 9am and 28c on the patio in the shade. They predict for our area it will be cooler tonight. Strange yesterday… about lunch time we had clouds move in, rather dark ones. Friends not far away got very wet….then the clouds vanished 🙂
