You know its summer when the Sweet Pea’s come into flower. The last day of June….. what is it they say “Flaming June”. Well, its had its moments.
After the strange spring and odd weather cycle the plants both in the countryside and in our more protected gardens are still trying to catch up.
It is only this week that we can recognise the colours of summer in any abundance, nice to see and nice to smell those aromas of summer…..
1st of July tomorrow….so it can only get better (can’t it?)
The year does progress but all is still not well, so…..
