A day even wetter and darker than yesterday, so here is what I hope is a couple of fun image to add some brightness to the day………….
On Holy Island, Northumberland
We came across this ‘Beach Sculpture’ on a Northumberland beach on one of those hot later summers days when the air smells so fresh. The sculpture will not remain for long but in its short life will have given pleasure to many other beach combers. Cannot thank or give credit to the sculptor it has to me that Anon again
On the same day we came across this Life Jacket though I am not to sure that the Lobsters or Crabs would see it as a safe haven.
Memories are made for days like to-day. Have a good day what ever it is you have planned.

When you go…don’t rush it. It is a place for taking the time to absorb the atmosphere. Lots to see even though it is a small island. I know you cannot always choose but a hot sunny day just adds to the magic.

Hey, I clicked a very similar photo yesterday evening. But the stone sculpture just had four stones and it was at a river-side. 😀 So nice to see it here too. This is a very colorful photo. Liked it very much!

The first photo is lovely – very peaceful and meditative. After a peaceful day at the beach, I could go for a crab or lobster dinner!
