Dawn, Borrowdale and Catbells from across Derwentwater , Cumbria
In the corner of my Odd Box were some 35mm transparencies. Shot shortly before digital imaging became the norm, on Fujichrome 100asa stock.
I re-discovered them some time ago, particularly liked this one, so put it to one side to scan when I had time. Here is the result…a good rendition of the original in all but the shadows which are a touch harder.
Rather pleased with it, and as I feel I have salvaged an image , I thought I would share it with you.

Okay how did you do that?

I have a 35mm canon scanner….hadn’t used it for ages and compared to more modern tech kit seemed to take for ages, then a tweak or two in Photoshop

Very nice photo. This tweaking I just do not understand. Too technical. 😉
