Seabird Mecca…..

Flamborough Head and Cliffs…….

A home at this time of the year for thousand upon thousands of Seabirds, one of the most important breeding location in the British Isles. Fulmar, Kittiwakes, Gannets, Guillemots, Razor Bills and Puffins all jostle one another for nest spots and air space.  The cliffs are stacked from high tide mark to the very top with those that cliff nest whilst Puffins look for underground burrows on the soft tops.  You cannot miss Flamborough its Lighthouse is a landmark on the flat cliff tops…
