It is that time of year when I try to tidy up the files and desk so that I start the New Year with some semblance of order about the office. One task I enjoy is skipping through the images that didn’t make the ‘first cut’. This Whooper Swan is one such image. I always liked it but found that if anything it was ‘over crisp’ with the definition in the water a little too strong in the morning sunshine. The image was taken earlier this year on a very bright spring morning at Martin Mere Wetland Trust Reserve.
So by adding a little filtration via On One Photo Tools has provided a degree of softness that has produced a very satisfactory perspective to the image….I like it and hope you do.
