Honeysuckle
Nothing strange in that….well not normally. This particular climber in our garden flowers early, dies back then springs back for a second ‘bonus’ flowering. This year much to our surprise it is now giving us a third showing of flowers and if anything the scent is even stronger.
Elsewhere despite the vagaries of this spring then summers weather we are enjoying those colours of a late summer in the garden. Agapanthus, Hydrangea, Sedum, Phlox, Mombrecia and of course Roses.
But without wishing our fragile summer away there are very early signs of autumn
