Brick Wall

Weather not too good to-day so perhaps it was as well that it was a also a day for the Office and admin.  Trouble is that as time progresses admin seems to become more frustrating than ever……a bit like banging your head against a brick wall – nice when you stop!

So when I spotted this window onto a ‘brick wall’ I thought it was in empathy with my feelings…………Window-in-Brick-WalDERBYS-MARCH-_0413

Escape…..Tomorrow WILL be better

I have to be honest and admit to throwing the towel in early and heading off to see the movie ‘The Most Exotic Marigold Hotel’ a great laugh and definitely one to recommend.

7th March.

  1. Hello,

I was down visiting Peckwash Mill the other day, as the company I work for has been asked to to a study of the potential and actual hydro down the derwent corridor (from Matlock to Derby) – but you can’t get to the weir because of the private land. I don’t suppose you know whether the family that live in the mill are making use of the river for hydro again do you?

    Thanks – Sophie
