Another image from our visit to Lea Rhododendron Gardens; I just love the blend of oranges and yellows on this bush. Whilst we did enjoy the day it also reminded us that we need to get down to some serious spring cleaning and planting in our own little patch.
So it was off to the Garden Centre. We only wanted compost and other basics but the colourful displays of summer bedding plants did rather tempt us. Still we resisted as there is still a chance of frost…..but at least the seed of an idea has been planted and we will be back.
But like all Garden Centres they sell much more than just plants
from garden decor
Or with tongue firmly in cheek you could start your own Farm
(with animals that require no feeding!)
