…….from the “Odd Box”

This image of a cat we came across in our travels always reminds me of that famous poem by William Blake.
It eyes alert, its body still, poised like a coiled spring. It was of course keeping an watchful eye upon Buster and Carla who walked by unaware of those beady eyes following every move.

( “THE ODD BOX”. The Odd Box , especially for Odds and Ends, is the file where I drop those images, that I have not processed earlier in the year as part of a series or project, are safely stored. I can then go back to them at leisure, explore and see what surprises await)

  1. What a brilliant idea your Odd Box is, David. I have bit and pieces throughout my files and it’s a pain trying to remember or find them later.

    1. Glad you like the idea….I have used it for years and just drop all those images that @I think I like’ that were odd ones out in a shoot or didn’t fit the selection and in some cases required a little more care and attention…some time. Then on a wet day its quite therapeutic to look through and see what you have got……. and as the name indicates its can be a wide variety of subjects.
