In Norway we do this on the 23th, and then we have a family dinner on the 24th. Yours is lovely.

Sounds like a sensible plan…we don’t actually have a set day, which perhaps is a shame. We do though have set time for the decorations to be taken down, that is the twelve night after Christmas. I assume you have another family dinner on Christmas day ‘as well!’
