What a glorious start to any morning….but after this weeks storms and rain it was extra special, nearly but not quite tempting enough for breakfast on the patio…..but that time cannot be that far away now.
As the sun climbed in the sky the early morning glow faded but rather pleasant spring sunshine remained with us.ย All was calm by the Lake and even the Canada Geese were taking advantage of the calmer weather to just sit and enjoy the mornings serenity.
The past few days have been rather horrendous with gales, torrential rain and the occasional Hail storm.
Butย even the woodland stream, whilst still running muddy in colour, has once again receded to its normal level. The Blackthorn is now bursting into blossom so the cherries and Hawthorn will soon follow. ย Daffodils are still bravely standing tall after the winds though the mass blooms have yet to grace the woodland…but at least the front runners are adding to the days cheer…….and we do need that cheer as the Weather Forecasters predict more bad weather for the next couple of days.

Hi David,
I’ll give you a little challenge (and perhaps a small shock): Please do this: Construct an unique code – t.ex. ‘DO3522’ (or any other).
Select a random post of yours and insert this code as a ‘tagging’. (Save)
Now initiate a search of this code through the built-in search engine. Then what happened?

I will give it a try on the next one.

Not sure what should have happened but tag as described and search comes up nothing found?

Happy to see you caught a break. Such beautiful spring images! We are in for a lot of cold rain next week…just happy it’s not supposed to snow.

Wet is the forecast for us….possible light snow on the high ground. I am just clinging onto the hope that the forecasters have got it wrong again! (-:
