Big and bold Dahlia blooms whilst starting to fray around the edges are still a colourful reminder that summer isn’t over just yet.

They will grace the garden until wind, rain or indeed the first frosts deal them a fatal blow.

Till then lets continue to enjoy these final reminders of summer

  2. My dad used to grow the best. I was 10 at the time and believed him but never wanted to get close to the flowers. There could be an ear worm in them..
