   1. Glad you liked……With the mountains so high and the scenes so wide and open it was difficult to convey the real height and expanse of the mountain scenes….just hope it conveys the very broad flavour of the region

   1. Our time on the Faroe Islands was rather damp and grey. But the grass was best described as lush…it glowed on an otherwise dull day and if it hadn’t been so wet there were lots of wild flowers in the meadow grass that would have been worth spending some time discovering. The summer climate obviously suits grass as it is now reclaiming (as you can see in the image) the rock faces of many of the volcanic hills.
