Never have been able to workout the fascination folk have with signs to hang in the house as ‘décor’ accessories.
Many are those sayings or quotations “that mum used to quote“……even your Grandma spouted them at the drop of a hat (and there we go another quotation). Others are humorous adaptions to fit todays world….perhaps give us a lift in our daily life and chores. I have to admit, like many others, to stopping, reading and having a chuckle at the store displays. But that is where they stay…in the store.
Except of course for one sign that some relative donated to our house….it is SO appropriate they said….I am not sure why!
