On a morning like this I do wish I had learnt to ride when I was younger…..this fresh, sunny September morning was just right for a leisurely ride through the Beech Woods. But even on just two legs it was another wonderful late summer morning for a stroll in the trees which in places were starting to show their autumnal colours….

The only downside to the morning was that the Tea Room was ‘closed’ so no coffee and cake today!
But on a perfect morning like today who could dream of complaining…

A beautiful woods to walk in, and that tea-room is just too divine! Is that Virginia Creeper turning red upon it’s walls? Whatever it is, it’s stunning.
