…….from the “Odd Box”

Scotland

Kilt Falls, Isle of Skye

A dark day so I thought that I would delve into my ‘Odd Box’ again and out came this image of Kilt Falls tumbling over Kilt Rocks. The location is Trotternish in the very north of the Isle of Skye. The vertical cliffs are columns of Basalt.. the falls and rocks are so named as they are supposed to look much like the pleats and flow of the Highland kilt.

( “THE ODD BOX”. The Odd Box , is especially for Odds and Ends, it is the file where I drop those images, that I have not processed earlier in the year as part of a series or project or simply lacked time at that moment, where they can be safely stored. I can then go back to them at leisure, explore and see what surprises await)
