This Weeks Challenge….Life Imitates Art OR does it?
Life and Art in all its forms is a very big subject area…Life as we know is a massively varied subject in its own right from life form to life style. Art is equally challenging subject matter being obvious to some observers whilst obscure to others.
So I hope these images humorously fit the brief. After all Art can also Imitate Life.

I am not moving till you give me your answer…
though I am not sure which mouth you speak from?

It’s O.K. I got the monster cornered!….a case of Hare today – maybe gone tomorrow.
I hope you like this tongue in cheek look at this Weeks Photo Challenge, you can see what others have submitted by clicking the following link:- https://dailypost.wordpress.com/photo-challenges/life-imitates-art/
All taken at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park….leading Artists on permanent display include Hepworth, Moore, Gormley, Caro and Goldsworthy plus Seasonal Guest Artists.
But my favourite installation is this…

Simply described as “Seated Figure’s” by Magdalena Abakanowicz.
Perhaps this fits the brief of Life and Art

See follow this link to yesterdays Black and White Challenge…I guess it also fits the bill

Bit of a hairy situation? By the way, it seems that it’s the time of the year for the bucks to fight over the does again. Keep a good look at the fields where you will see them fight an race accross the fields. It’s great to watch.
I like art. Expeccialy when it it influenced by Mother Nature. 🙂

Me too…..in life it exudes a strange mystic aura, a little unsettling but something you keep returning to.

Love these images. YSP is one of my favourite places, and I’m particularly fond of the Abakanowicz work. 🙂
