Whilst I can admire the skills and imagination of many Street Artists, I am never sure if it really is Art…… or just Graffiti without the rude words.

For me, no doubt, it is Art. In another support and another intention, but more than many conventional art works that we can see in art galleries.
Nice shot David.

Thanks….I have to admit that even some Graffiti that is only words have been well executed and imaginative.

Oh, think some of it is quite cleverly executed….

I would say this is art. It’s this artists way of expression.

Good point! However this (http://shutterbugsage.com/2015/01/18/dog-mural-san-francisco/) and this (http://shutterbugsage.com/2015/10/14/prague-lennon-wall-one-thing-three-ways/) is much easier on the eye, creative, and impressive than this (http://shutterbugsage.com/2012/05/07/graffiti-train/). And gorgeous photograph, as always! 🙂

Street ART and graffiti are both art. It’s political, angry, beautiful, and free. It’s the voice of the masses and it’s outstanding.

Love it, and I’d call it art. Better than some I’ve seen in galleries, just a different platform and free.

Art. Nice mix of styles in this piece; perhaps a collaboration of two artists? I agree with Charlie, street art is often much better than what you see in galleries.
