Yesterdays JUNK…is today’s MEMORABILIA…and tomorrows ANTIQUES

So the moral is DON’T throw anything away…in time it will all be worth collecting!

Well that is the theory….Good Luck

It is a bad habit …or so i am told. De-clutter and I do try but somehow when it comes to getting rid of “rubbish” it seems so hard to do!

I am no different from you two, David and Nia. And in these photos I see little treasures. Good thing this shop isn’t overhere. 😀

Lovely photos. Acquiring collectibles/memorabilia/junk/antiques (you name it, we have it) is a disease in my family. But it is a not all rubbish. Remember, if you have more than three of anything, you have a collection. And someday, some might be willing to pay a fortune for it. 🙂 Maybe, well, . . no not really, . . . but it helps justify the acquisition. 🙂

I am sure I must have something worth a small fortune in our loft….but I am damned if I can find it! 🙂

Both my wife and I have some pack-rat tendencies, but we’re not as bad as many people we know. Our daughters have a term for what happens when you can’t bring yourself to divest yourself of the unnecessary and yet seem to keep acquiring more–stuffocation!
