Sunset at The Lune Light, Morecambe Bay
Morecambe Bay, Lancashire is one of the worlds most valuable Wildfowl and Wader habitats…..it is an immense area of water and is feed by the estuaries of the Rivers Wyre, Lune, Kent and Leven.ย Twice a day the tide recedes over the horizon exposing large areas of mud flats and sandbanks only to be covered again 12 hours later.
A real Delta of many rivers and one of my Favourite Places.
Just an idea for this weeks DP Photo Challenge.

Do you have a good pair of waterproof boots for walking around in the mud flats?

Yep I do ….but just have to remember to take them with me. If not it is just a case of paddling. Anyway mud is sup[posed to do your skin good ๐
