Dawn, a day I won’t forget
One week ago, June 15th., a beautiful dawn full of hope. All of which came to a sudden end when my wife Jean had a Cerebral Haemorrhage and died.
Only a week, which at times it still seems like yesterday, yet its has also been so busy, that it is hard to believe all that has happened in that one week, a week that has changed my life for ever.
I did though want to say ‘Thank You’ for all the messages, comments, encouragement and more personal emails from so many of you…. they have all meant so much to me, so much so, that Thank You seems a poor response….they have all helped enormously.
Even more important than ever to…...
Please Remember ….
Stay Safe …. Be Kind…. Look After Each Other

We all go through things like this in our own ways. It can take as long or short a time as an individual needs to wake up again. My husband died almost 13 years ago. My son died more years ago than than. Whatever you feel, is the right thing to feel. There are no rules. Just remember that, happiness and joy are waiting for your return and eventually you’ll find them again. ❤️ Have her name tattooed on your arm, if you like. Then she’ll always be with you.

David, you are still in my thoughts and definitely in my prayers. I’m so glad so many have reached out to you during this time. Know that you are cared for by us all.

All the messages have really helped. J̌ean is back in the UK now, so we can start planning the arrangements. Been strange.
