Burbage Brook, Derbyshire
Brown peat coloured waters swell the usually more placid Burbage Brook as it tumbles down the Oak and Beech lined Padley Gorge, now standing bare after the Autumn winds.

Padley Gorge
Yet on the moors above, where all this water originates, whilst wintery in appearance looks all calm and tranquil. It cannot be long before the bracken will be covered in winters snow.

Glorious colour at at time of year which can flat for days at a time – I do enjoy the flowing water shots something I haven’t mastered – not so much the flow of water more compositionaly

Thanks. I don’t care what folk say.. moving water is luck, water goes were it wants and when it wants. A bonus when you get that sunshine break after so much grey over recent weeks
