I blinked and missed this seasons Rutting of the Red Deer. But one Stag is still on the prowl for any remaining young ladies that haven’t had the benefit of his attentions….even though he looks as if he has been busy! By now the autumn colours should be providing camouflage….but at the moment there is still a good deal of greenery around.
