    1. I made a small fortune out of Picture Postcards….. The best sellers were those cards that had lots of hotels on the promenades, folk used to mark a cross on the hotel (even window) to tell friends ‘this is where we are staying’ ….. How times have changed. Postage was also cheap in comparison
