This family group is not confused.
Not the same for most of us here in England. The Government has relaxed the ‘lockdown’ CV19 restrictions. The trouble is even after attempts to clarify a confusing statement by our Prime Minister we still are no clearer as to what is really safe and what isn’t. What we can and cannot do. I guess it says it all when the Heads of the Scottish, Welsh and Norther Ireland Governments have rejected the moves, distancing themselves from the statement.
What has changed, over the ‘Peak’ the Government claims, yet death rates and infections are still at an extremely high level…. at a level that I personally think are still to high to claim success or risk the chance of another peak in infections.
The ‘Stay at Home’ slogan has been changed to “Be Alert” – that and so many of the easing restrictions seem far to vague for comfort.
So lets continue and
Please Remember ….
Stay Safe …. Be Kind…. Look After Each Other

An easy solution to the problem, David, is not to wash your socks! 🙂
Then everyone will keep his/her distance!

Now I wonder why that wasn’t included in our Prime Ministers statement… The perfect solution 👌🙄😁

OK, difficult it is to know…we are keeping the distance and washing hands – I guess forever. They say we will never get rid of the virus. A vaccine is far away, and the first doses will be given to covid patients and to medical people. IF we get a vaccine, ordinary people might have it maybe in 5 years? We had a brilliant solution to the May 1 gatherings…the authorities spread chicken shit all over the park lawns…worked well.

The trouble is that the original message and instruction was clear easy for everyone to understand. Now as they try here in England to relax the restrictions the guidelines become far to vague and can be interpreted in many different ways… Not good.

Stay safe and isolated as much as you can is the only safe way ahead…. Cv19 is with us for a long time to come. Still don’t understand why we haven’t applied quarantine on travelers from abroad right at the start of lockdown.

We’re dropping to Level 2 next Thursday, and we’re all hoping and praying that it’s not too soon, too.

They tell us we are on level 4 but I find our numbers still so high that the two don’t indicate a time to relax. But what really bothers me is the poor, unclear, ambiguous information….. If the government cannot get that right you have to wonder about the other decisions. No confidence in their abilities

Lockdown restrictions here in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, are starting to loosen up a bit, though I’m still not sure what is what. All I know is is that I’m staying on the lockdown status, going out with mask on for a supermarket run as little as possible. Still not getting together for family gatherings, and that is the part that is getting to me; but better safe than sorry with the little ones in the family. Trying to stay strong. And hope everyone stays safe.

All I hear from folk is that the lifting of restrictions is that the statements are far too vague and more importantly far too soon. As you say ‘better safe than sorry’…… Stay safe:-)
