The Canal Basin at Crinan, not always as sunny as this… but more often than not on our August visits, it seems more Mediterranean than the North West of Scotland.
It is here at Crinan where this once innovative Canal link rejoins the sea., enabling shipping to avoid the long, and sometimes hazardous, journey round the Mull of Kintyre.
A great little piece of history and a great place to have a mooch arround.
It is the weekend, if you have great plans or just simply mooching arround…. as always….
