Summer seems so long ago. On the day above it was also so very hot…. a complete contrast to today, a day with plunging mercury in the thermometer.
I always find at this time of our year, here in the Northern Hemisphere, despite the passing of the winter solstice, that it does seem so long before the days start to lengthen again…. Yes, Summer days seem to be a some way off.
