Cromarty on the Black Isle, Scotland
Here in the UK, the name ‘Cromarty’ occurs regularly in our weather forecasts, in particular the Shipping Forecast, usually associated with gales at worst – but bad weather at others.
So just to prove a point that all is not so bad. Here is a back alley in Cromarty basking in glorious evening light.
On many many visits over the years, located at the tip of the Black Isle, Cromarty, and for that matter ‘The Black Isle’ itself, have never lived up to its weather threatening reputation… nor its Black name.
Nothing is ever Black or White… and as we know the weather can be very contrary…. so it always makes sense to….
Please Remember ….
Stay Safe …. Be Kind…. Look After Each Other
