The Armoury at Hatfield House, Hertfordshire. Hatfield House has been part of English heritage since the early 1600’s. However the Armoury is just a few years younger. Once an external passageway linking two parts of the house, in the 1800’s glass windows were added to provide this dramatic interior, tapestries and armour now grace the walls.
