March 1st… yep, another month and so soon after Christmas 🙂
Here in the UK Hares have long been associated with Spring, but March in particular. Hares traditionally enjoy boxing matches as part of their mating rituals…. and also gave us the saying ” Mad as a March Hare.”
These two garden sculptures are the best I can do… never been lucky enough to capture the real event on camera…. may be later this month I might get lucky.
Lets also hope that with the arrival of March we will see the real start of Spring.

Enjoy the new month and also….

I might be as mad as a March hare on this first day of March. Why? We had snow flurries this morning! No Spring yet.
