Just a few of the many hundreds of stones, chambers and monument’s that are spread across this Scottish Glen in Argyll…. a Glen of significant historical and archaeological importance.
Well worth visiting, and if you cannot, then a Google Search can provide the background to these ancient sites.

Well… if you get to that part of your to do list, allow plenty of time as this area is positive forest of stones, cairns and burial grounds, not to mention the church and its special graveyard. Enjoy

for me it is a memorable area, i think rather unique…and there is also much more to explore apart from the ancient stones.
