We paid for the Excursion..so despite the heavy rain we are Going.
Our cruise around the British Isles and Ireland, arrived off the Scilly Isles, known for their tropical climate of sunshine and great gardens. A shore visit to the famous Tresco Abbey Gardens, with its tropical flavour, was much anticipated.
We turned up, but sadly not the weather, it couldn’t have rained any harder…. but in true tourist tradition, we are here so best get out and enjoy.
The sad part is that of the 14 day cruise, this was the only wet and dull day…. the rest was smooth sailing, sunshine and blue skies with fabulous sunsets.
