Probably neither….some folk buy items like these as interior decor features whilst others have a notion that one day they may become antiques. Not sure about either but I do know, that if I brought one of these home, I am sure to be told that they are ‘Dust Collectors!’ None the less it is a collection of some well executed art and craft.
