I was rather harsh with my comments in this mornings post about Fridays weather. But once again our spring weather had a surprise up her sleeve. This mornings dank and dark start rolled away eventually, to bring us a warm afternoon of sunshine. Both the woods above and the Viola’s in the garden, below, are testimony to this welcome change…..

It must be nice there. Still very much winter here in Maine. We are having a warmer day at 36 degree’s at three in the afternoon. Spring will be here soon. I’m so ready.

Well warm for us this afternoon was 14 deg C. We were also reminded that this time last year we still had snow and were enduring what was to be the coldest March on record! They blamed that on Global Warming and guess what they are blaming the current weather on Global Warming….you do have to wonder!
