WET..very wet

Very different by the Lake this morning…..a quick phone image. The joys of our British weather

The Forecasters were correct, we are having a brief spell of rain, then gales before summer returns and we progress onwards to Autumn

  1. A very pretty image David. We are looking forward to Spring here in Australia. It has been very wet here this winter 🙂

    1. There was a time, not so long ago, that you could predict with some degree of accuracy what the weather in each season would bring. For the past few years that seems to have changed and all we can rely upon is that it is we cannot rely on either forecast or past performance 🙂

          1. Yeash, but what do we do about it? We have ourselves elected todays idiots!
            Perhaps we ought to be a bit more careful and – take a more active interest in the persons we actually vote into office?
            Whatever they do, I don’t think I’l be around to see much of it anyway, but it’s a wake-up call to all those that will have to live with the situation for the rest of their lives!

  3. We seem to escape the worst this time. Yes, a lot of wind, force 7 but on the whole dry and very warm. Forecast for midweek next week is 30º . The week after next week is going to be signifcantly cooler. The wind? West and South West… so not from Derbyshire David. More from the Greater London area.
