After a couple of days of not bad, but rather mixed weather, yesterday was sunny once again and temperatures climbing into the high 29c.
This reversion to summer may last only for the day but we thought we would make the most of it whilst we could.
However the change from cool to hot made us very lethargic…. there was no striding out, everything seemed rather taxing so any excuse to waste a little time was taken…โฆ as a result our mornings walkies took at least three times as longย ๐

That’s an amazing image David! How did you do that?

I notice that there must be a certain movement in the pier elements here?

Buster is never confident over water… he even walks round puddles. ๐

That boy’s growing like a weed! So nice to see the progress. He look a bit like your prince Harry. As for movement of the jetty I think not much.. I think this is just how Buster likes to sit. The water is like a mirror. Hazy lazy day of Summer. That’s what we get today. Not much rain and more drought for the coming two weeks again. Temperatures between 22 and 26.

Yep…rain comes but goes and leaves very little behind it. The grass seems to be reviving but everything else seems to be in a static state.

That is a remarkable image!
I’m enjoying the warmth – something to do with African heritage. I know we need the rain, but I don’t have to like it!

Totally agree…we need the rain, but as you say we don’t have to enjoy it. Strange seasons we have had. A very late Autumn, a wet Winter with record high rain fall in late March, April and early May….then a scorcher of a summer. No knowing what we get next ๐
