Back to School…..
It used to be a familiar sight in schools, slates and gym bags on the cloakroom wall….. but I guess today its hard to hang up a mobile or tablet!

Not much changed… instead of the slate pad, kids now have an I-Pad or a similar device (Android) which we call a Tablett. The difference is that they won’t ever leave their pad alone in the school corridor…
As for primary school, I also remember the smell of wet coates, the wellies under the coats and the gym bags with sneakers in them and gym clothes. And believe me… those things smelled. 😀 But still, lovely to bring me back for a sec. There will hazeltrees and bushes outside our school and we ran when there were hazelnuts on them. Ate them raw. It always was chaos but a lovely memorie popped up.
