1824, and the re-statement of the Vagrancy Act.

Despite the many changes to our lives over the past 199 years, many aspects of our society have not changed, nor kept pace with needs and compassion, for those whose lives are challenged in so many ways.

I would like to think, that in this New Year, we can look to a creating a better future for all in need.  We could make a start by not turning these issues into a Political Football.
