CBWC – Cees Black & White Challenge. Lighting (any kind)

The Lamp Room of and old Country House. In days before electric lighting, Oil and Candlelight was an important requirement.  The Lamp Room was where they were stored and maintained… someone’s daily duty to ensure all were primed and ready.

Always primed and ready a the lights of Hamburg Docks, somewhere that never sleeps…

and of course, Blackpool Illuminations, on a wet night, still sparkle but do lack the magic that colour would bring….

But this is a Black and White Challenge set by Cee (CBWC) with this weeks topic being lighting of any kind.  So here are my suggestions.  You can join in the fun on this link:-

 I will close with a Harbour Light at Anstruther on the Firth of Forth, Fife, Scotland as a storm clouds approach….
