Just a gentle reminder…. if you live in the UK, the clocks go back One Hour tonight. Yep, its time to “Fall Back”.
Thankfully changing all the time clocks in our homes and offices is now mainly done automatically, much easier than just a few years ago when it was quite a ‘time consuming’ task.
Mind you, the one clock that is hardest to change, is the body clock.
Whatever your time zone…. as always….
