An early morning start for this Fisherman….. and its Friday so its Fish Day!
Old habits die had. Long ago my Mother always insisted on Fish for the Friday menu. Like it or not we got Fish, and in those days there was not the variety of today. Not that mum was motivated by any religious belief, it was a tradition that her family had followed.
As I said… Old habits die hard…. and even today our main course will be Fish, either at home or out and about.
Friday again. Yes we have made it through another week. The weekend ahead and I hope time to relax…. and….

I can understand why….I love it. But our diet seems to be equally split between, meat, fish and vegetables. Variety is they say the spice of life 🙂
