A few days of warm bright sunshine has brought out some long await colours of summer…. maybe we have turned that corner and can look forward for more to come.

I’m loving your photos of lush green and bright colorful flowers. Right now, we are badly in need of rain and our yard is brown due to lack of water. Leaves on trees are starting to turn brown and fall off. It’s not a pretty sight like you have.

As you know we have ‘enjoyed’ the wettest spring and early summer to date. We have colour now but the lush greenery threatens to overwhelm the blooms.
