The Lower Lighthouse, Fleetwood, Lancashire
Built on squares, the Lower lighthouse on Fleetwood quay has been used over several centuries to guide mariners and fishermen back into the Harbour. The light needed to be lined up with the upper ( and higher) lighthouse built some 700 meters inland.
