Not a pretty picture… and I guess a scene replicated in many towns and Cities. Litter the blight of our lives and it shouldn’t be.
There is some misguided logic, where people seek out a bin for depositing their litter, and when the bin is full, just leave it on the floor – because ‘someone else‘ will come along and clean the mess up. Also sadly more and more of the discarded rubbish is from fast food/food on the go packaging.

Litter, not something we should have to put up with in todays so called civilised world.

Sadly this is a sight in many cities in many locales. Lack of responsibility and respect in my opinion.
