Show Me, Show me, Maid thy Heart

The verse on this Victorian Valentines Card. Published prior to 1900 by Raphael Tuck it is,  as was mostly the case, a flat card not folded like more modern counterparts.

 It is a more soft approach to conveying the Valentine message….  than the more brash approaches  on these two Valentine Cards from Tucks Range, both also flat cards and pre 1900.

I hope these Victorian Valentines gave you a chuckle…. maybe even prodded you into a Romantic Mission of your own…
