On this midsummers day, a few years ago, high above the Arctic Circle, on a bearing of N.N.West. We were blessed with a glimpse of the midnight sun. An experience to be remembered… a magical moment as the sun dipped briefly below the horizon. Sadly as the new day dawned those threatening dark clouds spread and a change to the weather.
Just proves the old saying Red Sky at night , etc., doesn’t run true
Half the year gone already…blink and Christmas. will be here….
Lets not wish time away but enjoy the moment…. and as always….
Please Remember ….

Where abouts in the Artic Circle? I so want to go that far north in June. Dawson City Yukon is as far as I have gone and I loved it. I am a huge fan of sunlight hours! Bernie

I keep thinking it — WP needs a “LOVE” button because that’s what I’d click on for this photo. It is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful!
