Virtual Reminiscence…

I don’t often react to those memories that pop up from WordPress and Facebook, but sometimes they trigger a memorable moment…. like a moment in September 2023.

This moment was more like a day. We were at Bodnant Gardens, Tal-y-cafn, near Conwy, North Wales. The day was hot, the sun scorching and searching, not the best of lights for photography. The visit started at the Lily Pond, a cooling and tranquil environment.

Seeking the shade we headed for the woodland glades with it tumbling waters, a complete change of character, one of the many contrasting areas Bodnant offers…

Occasionally it is worth responding to these memory prods….nice to relive a moment in time, or as in the case of Bodnant, just a few moments in one rather grand location.

Reflecting or planning ahead, enjoy… but as always….
